Sir Harvey McGrathChairman
Sir Harvey has had a long and distinguished career in international commodity trade and financial services industries, including chairing both Prudential plc and Man Group plc, a leading agricultural products and services business. Currently, he is Deputy Chair of the Mayor of London’s Enterprise Panel, Chairman of Governors of Birkbeck, University of London, and Chair of Big Society Capital. Prior to taking on the Chair of the London Development Agency he was Chairman of London First, the capital’s influential business campaign group, a director of Gateway to London, the inward investment agency for the Thames Gateway and Chairman of the East London Business Alliance, a partnership of substantial businesses engaged in the social and economic regeneration of East London.

Harvey is also Chairman of Heart of the City, which helps companies develop Corporate Social Responsibility through learning from one another; Chairman of the Prince’s Teaching Institute, which promotes subject based professional development for teachers; and a trustee of a number of other charities including New Philanthropy Capital, a research based charity which gives advice and guidance to donors and charities; icould, an online careers resource; and the Mayor’s Fund for London.Harvey was knighted in the 2016 New Year’s Honours list, for services to economic growth and public life. He graduated from St. Catherine’s College, Cambridge, U.K.

J. Antonio BaltodanoDirector
Antonio’s career in coffee trade business spans over 30 years. He previously served as the Chairman of Mercon Group which had operations in Latin America, USA and Asia. Antonio co-founded InterCommercial Markets, a commodity eMarketplace exchange for coffee, which was merged into ExImWare in March 2002. In 2015, under his leadership, Mercon Coffee Group received the Rabobank Sustainability Award for its work to develop coffee which can survive pests and diseases, and for introducing Robusta to Nicaragua. He holds a BS in Economics, Cum Laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is currently a Wharton L.A. Board member. Antonio also serves as board member of different companies and foundations in Latin America.
Sudhir K. KohliDirector
Sudhir’s career in international trade and technology start-ups spans over 25 years. Since 1998, Sudhir has applied his knowledge and expertise in e-Commerce and developing e-Marketplace software towards helping start-ups reach their full potential. He has invested in businesses specializing in import and export technology, IT consulting, business application software, and logistics. Based in Luxemburg, Sudhir is actively involved in global trading. After founding the Indian Business Chamber, he served as its President for 7 years. Today, he remains a prominent member of the board and has been named Honorary President.
Andy DimitriChief Executive Officer, Director
Andy joined Eximware in 2008 as CEO and has since played a vital role in expanding the company portfolio to include commodity trading and eCommerce marketplace solutions for coffee, cocoa, tea, metals and freight. Before joining Eximware he served as a Principal and COO of KLG, a boutique advisory firm serving global financial services and securities firms. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director and Global COO of the Information Technology Division for the Investment Bank of Credit Suisse where he was responsible for the financial and business management of the internal IT Division. Prior to Credit Suisse, Andy served as a Principal and Division President at Electronic Environments Corporation (EEC), a technical services firm serving global enterprise and service provider firms in the Telecom and Enterprise Data Center market segments. Andy also worked at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) in a number of operating and financial management roles. He is a graduate of DEC’s Financial Development Program. Andy has a BSBA from Babson College and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.
