With 14 years at Eximware, I work closely with clients to understand their processes, identify their needs, and guide them from their first platform demonstration through implementation, onboarding, and training.

My role brings together client relationships, project management, and product development. I coordinate with our technical teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions, helping clients manage green coffee contracts, logistics, inventory, and forecasting.

I stay involved as clients’ needs evolve, helping resolve challenges, improve workflows, and ensure their feedback informs our platform’s development.
